At Kiki Houston Braids, all payments are final.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any payments made, including deposits, partial payments, or full payments.

Please Note:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances and payments will not be refunded for:

• Change of mind

• Late arrival or no-shows

• Failure to read or follow our booking policies

• Cancellations made after booking

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us to reschedule.

By booking an appointment and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
