📍Location & Appointments

Kiki Houston Braids is a home-based salon located in Houston, Texas, serving Houston and surrounding areas. Appointments only, walk-ins are not accepted.

⏰ Time and punctuality

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

💳 Booking, Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits go toward your total service cost.

Remaining balance is due immediately after the service is completed (cash, Zelle, Cash App, or other approved methods). Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once to a future date if proper notice is given. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

🧼 Hair Preparation Policy

To ensure the best results:

Hair must be clean, blow-dried, and free of oils, products. Please come detangled.

If hair is not properly prepared, the appointment may be cancelled with deposit forfeited.

Please confirm style, length, and size before booking. Reference photos are welcome but results may vary based on hair texture and density.

Extra length or added hair may incur additional fees. Once braiding has started, style changes are not allowed

👶🏽 Guests & Children

No extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. For safety and focus, children are not permitted unless they are the client receiving the service.

🐾 Health, Safety & Comfort

Please arrive healthy. If you are feeling unwell, kindly reschedule.

Face masks may be requested if needed for safety.

Please use the restroom before arrival.

📱 Phone Use & Conduct

Excessive movement, phone use, or interruptions may slow service time.

Please be respectful of the stylist’s time and workspace.

Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

⏳ Service Duration

Braiding times vary by style, size, and length. Please plan your day accordingly. We are not responsible for delays due to late arrival or unprepared hair.

📸 Photos & Marketing

Finished styles may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes. Please inform us before your appointment if you prefer not to be featured.

✨ Satisfaction Policy

Adjustments must be requested before leaving the salon. Once you leave, the style is considered accepted.
